We were very pleased with the work done by Tar Heel Basement Systems with restoring the foundation to a condition better than new.
From sales to finished product, your company was very professional and knows your business very well. When the finished product was inspected, it pulled the floor within 1/8" of its original position and closed all of the gaps in the floor and ceiling caused by the sinking.
The guys doing the work were very knowledgeable, professional, and curteous to my parents. I feel confident the house will not sink again.
I want to compliment the work team, Jonathan and Orville, on leaving the crawlspace in better shape than when they started the job. They cleaned up construction pieces and even trash left over from when the house was built 12 years ago and smoothed out the dirt evenly. They completely replace the original plastic and tied up all the loose cables and wires throughout the space.They also noticed a existing pipe leak and notified my parents.
All in all, we are very pleased with the company and the crew. We would recommend Tar Heel Basement Systems to anyone in the area. May not be the cheapest price, but the quality and service that they provide would be hard to match.
